Some days ago I was sitting in the tram and that’s what I saw on my left hand side. I love this picture, because both of them are holding their reading matters in nearly the same angle. The lady in the back was reading her musical notes as it was a newspaper, a beautiful moment.

While taking a look at the fantastic craftsmanship works of SMYTHSON of BOND STREET, I spotted their blog. Their archivist, Vicky Britton explores their heritage in personalised stationery.
During the Empire Time, among other royal families around the globe, the Maharaja from Baroda in India was one of their clients.
The picture above shows his custom made stationery with hand- bordered paper, decorated with personal monograms engraved in real gold, silver, rich colours and with precious mother- of- pearl inlay.
I am deeply impressed and am imagining about, what words in the letter are equivalent to this kind of stationery.

Recently a friend posted his picture, featuring himself a few years ago.
Well, look at this; one needs much dedication to bring- up a fantastic
outlook like this. Mägge, you should do it again!

I wanted to post this a long time ago; now finally I found it again – look at this!
It’s the girl of a friend of ours in NYC – well, I am so impressed, she must be
feeling like a princess – beautiful, well done Jas!

Decorating my new flat & finding new places for old objects.
Astonished myself about this funky small suitcase; as far as
I remember, it was my first suitcase ever, given to me by my
mother.
At this time, Helvetas had a project in Africa, where local
people produced suitcases out of old tins & comics – look at
this – GRANDE!

I don’t know, but recently I got a magnetic attraction to Heinz’s ketchup bottles
This is a fantastic fotorealistic painting of Ralph Goings, shown at Miami’s local
fair; ‘Miami Art’ during the Art Basel Miami Week- he’s a genius!

It looked like he had a long day. He just finished his sandwich & took out
his cigarettes. When I turned again, I saw him smoking it with a cigarette holder, nice & quite rare for a man.

Even if you wanna take you’re ketchup with you, you don’t have to do it without style:
This is the smallest & mos stylish ketchup bottle, I have ever seen, a 4cm.
And the special thing about it? It’s a glass bottle!

I was walking down the street & what did I see?
Two homies; one latinamerican & one afroamerican sitting in a tattoo shop,
sitting over a game of chess – GRANDE – welcome in Miami!
