In Phuket there’s a small bar called ‘Rockin’ Angels’. Nearly every night they have live Blues Sessions.
The spot isn’t bigger than a garage for about 4 cars. It’s decorated with so much love & sense of style; I couldn’t stop starring at all the details. Special attention got the one wall, which was covered with vinyl’s from the 80ies with the cover – absolutely fantastic!

It was an ordinary friday night; we met at a friends place for apéro. I brought some snacks; the champagne
was already chilled. Before we took our first sip, this picture had to be taken – love it with the black glass.

Suggested by a friend; we headed out for a small but unique bar in Bangkok. ‘Iron Fairies’ is a two story bar,
labelled under ‘antique factory, wine bar & restaurant’ with live jazz musicians every evening. With lots of
passion the owner, a locksmith brought up this fantastic spot with love for details. Even the balance comes
styled in a wooden box.

Still in Varanasi, at the corner ‘Asi Ghat’, lies the beautiful decorated and well managed
‘Hotel Ganges View’. Their rooftop terrace is full of flowers and plants & the cast iron
chairs and tables perfectly suit to the whole picture you get.

I’m currently in India and while visiting an museum in Varanasi, I saw this cotton cloth,
separating two areas of a room. Very simple, but with a beautiful subtile effect.

‘La maison Hermès’, what can I say? Une hommage d’amour would be more than slightly too less.. If there’s a brand, which has a beautiful history & heritage & a fantastic philosophy up till now, it’s Hermès. I love them, beside of uncountable reasons, especially because they always keep the eye on the detail. And this for each and every product. I am lucky, because I had the chance to work for them several times. One of my best friends is passionated in watches & everything belonging to this subject. Some days ago I was sitting in the tram and that’s what I saw on my left hand side. I love this picture, because both of them are holding their reading matters in nearly the same angle. The lady in the back was reading her musical notes as it was a newspaper, a beautiful moment.
